Linking your Google account is essential to sending emails to candidates and talents and setting up nurture campaigns.

Thankfully, the process is super simple, and you should be ready within seconds.

You will have a number of email integration options. You'll see a connect button next to Add Gmail Account.

Once you click on Connect, you'll be taken to Google's authentication page to get your permission. You must select the email address you want to use on Flatwork ATS.

Step 2: Choose an email address

Note that you can add as many email addresses as you want on Flatwork ATS. You can also remove your email address from Flatwork ATS if you no longer want to use it.

Step 3: Give permission to link your account on Flatwork ATS

After selecting the email address, you need to give your permission to start using your Google email address on Flatwork ATS. There is no distinction between using your personal email address or business email address.

Once you allow Flatwork ATS to access your email account, you will be taken back to the email integrations screen.
